Sound and vibration expert, Brüel & Kjær’s upcoming range of theoretical and practical courses are now available to book.
Royston, United Kingdom, August 08, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Bruel & Kjaer UK’s training sessions for the autumn include Theory and Practice of Noise Measurement, running 1st and 2nd October. This two-day session provides a good, basic understanding of acoustic and measurement principles, covering many applications such as noise abatement, product labelling and building acoustics. Attendees will learn to carry out a host of noise measurements, correct set-up of measuring instruments and assessment of noise reports.
For those involved with test houses and shakers, the two-day Vibration Testing for Engineers and Technicians course on 8th and 9th October, provides a practical introduction explaining how to interpret vibration test specifications and apply them to a vibration test system. The course is designed for engineers new to the field of vibration testing, but also acts as a useful refresher for more experienced users. An optional third day of training, called Vibration Hands-on Practical, covers the LDS Laser USB Controller for sine, random, shock and mixed-mode testing.
Brüel & Kjær also provides free, online training sessions called webinars, run by its technical experts. Webinars cover a variety of topics – from general acoustic, environmental and industrial topics to more specialised product training.
