Spear is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate expert. For nearly 40 years, he has been representing owners and tenants in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples and Fort Myers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Spear is a former member of the Bonita Springs City Council and has been honored as Citizen of the Year by both the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Bonita Springs Lion’s Club. He previously served as President/Chairman of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, the Bonita Springs Speakers Assembly, the Bonita Springs Community Foundation and the Bonita Springs YMCA. Spear was also named at 25 over 50 honoree by the Naples Daily News in 2015.
