JOA is Selected by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to Provide Construction Contract Administration, Project Management & Cost Estimating Services

Newport Beach, CA, August 20, 2019 --(PR.com)-- JOA, a leading provider of project and construction management in Southern California, announced today that it has been selected by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) to provide Construction Contract Administration, Project Management and Cost Estimating Services.

The HACLA is one of the nation’s largest public housing authorities with an annual budget exceeding $1 billion. The agency currently manages nearly 6700 public housing units, 2500 non-public residences and a commercial portfolio of approximately 200,000 square feet. In addition, the agency has the goal of permitting 100,000 housing units by 2021.
