Rocking K Master-Planned Community Set to Open
Tucson-based Diamond Ventures is pleased to announce the opening of the first phase of 558 homes within the long-anticipated Rocking K Master-Planned Community, located at the foothills of the Rincon Mountains.

Tucson-based Diamond Ventures is pleased to announce the opening of the first phase of homes within the long-anticipated Rocking K Master-Planned Community, located at the foothills of the Rincon Mountains.
Model homes and the first homes for purchase within Rocking K are anticipated to be available in late 2020 and early 2021. "The first phase will consist of 558 homes being built by Pulte Homes, Lennar and KB Home, the three homebuilders that have joined us in the opening of Rocking K," said David Goldstein, President, Diamond Ventures.

The approximately 5,000-acre master-planned community will be accessed by Valencia Road and Old Spanish Trail. Construction on the eastern extension of Valencia Rd., which will connect Houghton Rd. to Old Spanish Trail, is slated to start construction later this year.

Rocking K's first phase includes a park which contains traditional components for children, youth and adults as well as introduces new innovations in recreation.
