Earlier this year, Emmett Seltzer, joined the firm as Managing Partner of the firm’s northern California operation. In that time, Mr. Seltzer’s presence has greatly propelled the firm’s reputation in the construction and real estate litigation arenas. The firm is now poised for further growth and expansion of its presence in Northern California.
