Non-Profits Become Targets for Cyber Attacks; Code Blue Computing Helps

Cyber Attacks have been on the rise in 2019 across the board, unfortunately there has also been an increase in attacks being targeted at non-profits throughout the country. In order to combat some of the cyber threats that non-profits are facing, a Denver-based I.T. company called Code Blue Computing launched its first annual Labor of Love Contest in June.

Broomfield, CO, August 28, 2019 --(PR.com)-- “The fact that the very people that are trying to create positive change in our community are being targeted really upsets me on so many levels,” stated Jeri Morgan. “We really just hope that we can start creating some awareness with Charitable Organizations throughout Colorado.”

Local non-profits were able to enter the contest online throughout the summer and one non-profit will be awarded Free Technical Support for one full year on Labor Day.

“We have seen time and time again that the non-profits we speak with in the Denver area are at risk for Cyber Attacks,” said Jeri Morgan President of Code Blue Computing. “I really wanted our organization to do something to help some of our most deserving charities.”

Additional information can be found on Code Blue Computing’s website: https://codebluecomputing.lpages.co/non-profit-contest. The winner will be announced live on Labor Day on Code Blue Computing’s Facebook page. Follow them at https://www.facebook.com/codebluecomputing so you don’t miss the announcement.
