Versatile Haitian-American Singer/Songwriter Natalie Jean Wins Gold in the 2019 Global Music Awards
Kensington, MD, September 02, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Natalie Jean is excited and honored to announce her Gold Medal Win in the August 2019 Global music Awards. She won the Gold Medal in the category of Singer/Songwriter for her song “You Don’t Know Me.” “You Don’t Know Me” was written by Natalie and produced by Alexi Von Guggenberg.
This is her second Gold Medal in the Global Music Awards. In 2017, she won a Gold Medal for Female Vocalist for her French song L’Amour a L’Infini, a co-write with Lyssabelle, which was also produced by Alexi Von Guggenberg.
Currently, she has 11 nominations in the 2019 Josie Music Awards. The Josie Music Awards is one of the largest independent awards shows. This year, the Josie Music Awards received over 23,000 submissions.
Natalie Jean has also been given the opportunity to perform one of her songs at the awards show. She will be performing with award winning artists, Kathryn Shipley and Levi Coby, which will be held on September 21, 2019 at the DP Celebrity Dollywood Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN.
She is also a Finalist in the 2019 KICMA Awards for two of her songs, Radio Single of The Year, “You Don’t Know Me” and Single of The Year, “What Would You Do for Love?”
Most recently, Natalie has charted on several Broadjam Music Charts: World, Pop, North America, and USA. She has also charted on the Ethnocloud World Charts and Play MPE Charts for several of her songs, including a co-write with Michael Peloso, titled “Lost & Found.” Also, she and her co-writers Danilo Gossain and Bruno Vallelunga are Semi-Finalists for their song Nostalgia de Navidad in the UK Songwriting Contest in the Holiday Song Category. The song is set to be released on September 27, 2019.
Currently, she is working on several collaborations. Natalie has two other songs set to be released this year. “Lying to Us,” a collaboration with Inches From Sin (Robert and Karen Brewer) which is set to be released on September 20, 2019 and “Love Your Own Power,” a collaboration with lyricist, Mike Greenly, which is set to be released on September 24, 2019.
