Family Fun and Fitness Day at The Gateway Family YMCA

Union, NJ, September 17, 2019 --(PR.com)-- This fall, The Gateway Family YMCA branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union will celebrate a family wellness event, Family Fun & Fitness Day. Family Fun & Fitness Day is designed with activities to engage both children and their parents, and is open to all ages.

Family Fun & Fitness Day events are scheduled:
• September 21 – Elizabeth Branch, 135 Madison Avenue, Elizabeth
• September 28 – Five Points Branch, 201 Tucker Avenue, Union
• September 28 - Wellness Center Branch, 1000 Galloping Hill Road, Union
• October 5 – Rahway Branch, 1564 Irving Street, Rahway

The Gateway Family YMCA branches will be hosting events that are open to the community including free family group exercise programs, indoor playstreets, healthy snacks, nutrition information, community vendors and fun games.

The Gateway Family YMCA offers a family programs and events to support healthy family living in the communities throughout Eastern Union County and Northern Middlesex County, including Early Learning Readiness (ELR) a school-readiness community program for preschoolers and their caregivers.
