It has also received authorization for private duty nursing, after completing a 10-course, 10-step process, to provide individual one-on-one care.
After its fourth year in business, Brown expanded Comfort Keepers Lithonia from a home based office with no staff and providing 250 hours of service weekly, to now operating a four-person office, with 35 employees, and providing 650 hours of service per week. In parallel, the company has expanded its geographical reach from the South DeKalb and Rockdale County neighborhoods, into Gwinnett County.
In 2007, Brown was named Cambridge’s Who’s Who, and in 2016, the franchise earned the Better Business Bureau (BBB) accreditation, establishing it as a trustworthy and ethical business to customers.
