Mankato, MN, September 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Kiecker Law is proud to present our September seminar designed to help those families with disabled children in their estate plan. At the seminar, Estate Planning for Parents with Special Needs Children, guests will learn the strategies of protecting their disabled children if tragedy strikes and they, as parents, are no longer able to care for their kids. With a special set of circumstances, estate planning requires special considerations to take care of special needs children.
Managing Attorney, Omni Kiecker, of Kiecker Law will hold a seminar on Wednesday, September 25 at 4:30 pm. The seminars will take place at the Greater Mankato Business Development Center at 1961 Premier Drive in Mankato in the Sakatah Trail Room.
The guests at this seminar will be familiar with the medical aid that their children receive, but they won’t necessarily know how to preserve that medical aid if something happens to them. They will learn about the estate planning tools that are available to them including supplemental needs trusts, wills, health care directives and powers of attorney.
An estimated 24 million people in America have a severe disability. Many of these people are children and adults that are of working age.
