Abstract
Antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duty investigations have recently been filed on various imported merchandise such as carbon and alloy steel products and welded pipes. As a result, the construction materials importation industry, along with other industries importing goods subject to AD/CVD duties, are confronted with risk issues that may result to duty and penalty payments, if not properly addressed.
