With the goal of providing the best products to its customers, American Microsemiconductor has been franchised for VPT Components’ semiconductors.
Madison, NJ, September 27, 2019 --(PR.com)-- American Microsemiconductor, Inc. has become an authorized dealer for VPT Components, enabling customers access to VPT’s wide array of military-grade semiconductors. VPT Components is one of the largest providers of JAN certified semiconductors along with a full-service facility for the independent, unbiased testing and custom assembly of electronic components.
In addition to its current extensive product lines and resources, VPT recently acquired the assets of MACOM’s Hi-Rel Components business (formerly Aeroflex Metelics). This acquisition provides VPT with an additional 40,000 square feet of state of the art manufacturing and test capability of high reliability discrete semiconductors as they grow their product portfolio.
VPT’s expanding product portfolio includes MIL-PRF-19500 qualified Rad Hard NPN and PNP small signal and power switching transistors, SCRs, and MOSFETs along with an extensive offering of Zeners, rectifiers, switching diodes and Schottky products including JANHC and JANKC qualified die.
