Justin Bamberg to Speak at Remington College Columbia Campus Graduation Ceremony October 18

High-profile attorney, state legislator to deliver commencement address.

Columbia, SC, October 03, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Remington College Columbia Campus’ class of 2019 will hear from a key South Carolina lawmaker during their Oct. 18 graduation ceremony. The commencement speaker will be State Representative and prominent local attorney, Justin Bamberg, Esq.

Bamberg was elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives in 2014. He represents his native Bamberg County, along with Barnwell and Colleton Counties. Bamberg, a 2011 University of South Carolina School of Law graduate, founded Bamberg Legal, LLC in 2016.

Bamberg is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He has also served on the board of Healing Species, Inc., a nonprofit organization that rescues dogs and trains them to help teach compassion and empathy to school children and prisoners.

“State Rep. Justin Bamberg is a dedicated public servant, focused on giving back to the communities that supported him from birth,” said Kimberly West, Director of Campus Administration. “We look forward to hearing his thoughts on how our graduates can shape the greater Columbia area.”

A total of 66 Remington College students will graduate with diplomas in medical assisting; medical office administration; pharmacy technician; and heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

The graduation ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the NewSpring Church at 657 Bush River Road in Columbia.
