UniteUs Artists secures Baltic Beauty Cosmedical Centre, a newly opened destination medical spa and salon in Fort Lauderdale, as first Art Leasing client.

Services include Art Leasing, Artist Management, and Artist Development. UniteUs Artists has established relationships with many establishments to offer a fine arts leasing and rental service with rotation options, hosted and presented by the artist with live performances bringing entertainment, themes, and culture to various rental clients' place of business.
The Art Leasing service creates a steady income for artist's work that would otherwise be in storage or being exhibited at a venue for exposure. The minimum total price of the artwork(s) for a lease agreement is $20,000. There is no limit to the number of pieces leased as long as a satisfactory security deposit is provided. Monthly payments for the leasing are 3% of the price of the leased artwork with 60% going to lessor/artist.
