CodeHS Announces a CSforALL Commitment to Make Computer Science Standards Alignment Easier for Teachers Around the Country
CodeHS will build custom computer science courses aligned to computer science state standards and courses across over 20 states by the start of the 2020 school year to benefit over 50,000 teachers.

By creating courses that align to state standards and course pathways, teachers can easily use the CodeHS curriculum knowing it covers the requirements in their state and spend more time focusing on what really matters—their students.
“Teachers often have to piece together different curricular resources to ensure standards coverage, but this can be challenging and intimidating when teachers are new to computer science. We want to provide teachers with a cohesive standards-aligned curriculum, so they can focus on all of the other aspects of teaching students computer science,” says Evelyn Hunter, Curriculum Lead at CodeHS.
