Henderson Franklin Expands International Trust and Estate Team

Fort Myers, FL, October 26, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Gregory Herman-Giddens has joined the firm as a stockholder in the Estate Planning & Trust Administration department based out of the Naples office. Prior to joining the firm, he ran his own law firm in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Miami, Florida, and New York, New York.

Herman-Giddens brings a wealth of experience in this 30+ year legal career. He offers a full array of estate planning and related services, including creation of irrevocable trusts, estate, gift, fiduciary and individual income tax planning and compliance, including taxation of deferred compensation, estate and trust administration, small business and nonprofit organization formation, trust modification and decanting, and trust protector services. Herman-Giddens is a regular speaker at continuing education programs and frequently serves as an expert witness throughout the United States in trust and estate lawsuits.

Herman-Giddens is a Certified Financial Planner™, Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), and a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law (North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization). He is also a member of WealthCounsel, LLC. Herman-Giddens is admitted to practice in all Florida, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee state courts, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of North Carolina.
