The launch of Prufrock’s Journal site utilizes Impelsys’ iPlatform™ content delivery solution, a cost effective powerful portal solution for publishers. iPlatform has helped Prufrock Press build an online presence where users will be able to quickly and efficiently research articles for the gifted child. Among many features of the iPlatform, users can conduct a Quick or Advanced semantically tagged search when targeting specific content, limiting results to keywords and authors. iPlatform allows Prufrock publishers and editors the ability to manage static and dynamic HTML pages using the iPlatform Administration section. iPlatform’s eCommerce component also allows Prufrock to sell individual articles to customers as well as sell full journal subscriptions to institutional and individual subscribers.
