AD1 Development Relocates Corporate Office in Hollywood

“We’ve seen a tremendous amount of growth in this past year,” said Director of Operations Samy Cohen. “With the amount of people and projects we have, we’ve definitely outgrown our current space.”

The new three-story, +- 6000 sq.ft. space was carefully designed to maximize efficiency and comfort for the company’s growing team. The open concept layout and newly renovated finishes give the workspace a modern and welcoming feel that aligns with the company’s mission.

“As we work on more developments and expand our portfolio and our team, we decided that it was time to search for a larger space that would better accommodate our needs and 30 plus employees,” said Director of Development Alberto Dichi.

The new office, which is located just a few buildings down from sister company AD1 Global’s corporate office on Harrison Street, will be housing the company’s design team as well. In doing so, AD1’s design team will be working more closely alongside the development and renovations departments for future projects.
