Thad and Mercedes Starling have joined the sales team at Davidson Realty.

Thad is from St. Petersburg, Florida. He earned a degree in criminal justice from the University of South Florida and joined the Marine Corp. Thad graduated with honors at the top of his platoon at Parris Island, South Carolina. He later worked in management for the U.S. Postal Service and is currently pursuing a degree in business construction management from the University of North Florida.
Mercedes originates from Los Angeles, California. She graduated from ICDC College in business administration and later worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a manager. During her childhood summers visiting family in rural Louisiana, Mercedes developed an interest in land and real estate that developed throughout the years.
Together, the couple is excited to help buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Florida. The Starlings work out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.
