Those experiences culminate in his autobiography, "Knocking Bolts." “This book has been twenty years in the making,” stated Mr. Idhammar. “I’m detailing all the experiences that have led me to where I am today. The reader takes the journey with me to discover what it takes to succeed.”

"Knocking Bolts" is both a memoir and a how-to book. Each chapter begins with one of Mr. Idhammar’s life stories, from drinking coffee with the Sheik to the Panama Canal, blended with how-to tips to improve an organization.
