Engel & Völkers Florida Hosts Annual Leadership Summit

Saint Petersburg, FL, November 20, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Two local luxury real estate shops, Engel & Völkers St. Pete and Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach, received awards amongst the 31 Florida-based Engel & Völkers shops during the ninth annual Leadership Summit held September 26th at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. Over 100 members of the Engel & Völkers Florida network, which is comprised of 31 brokerages were joined by their colleagues from regions all around the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. The team gathered for a day-long conference to review year-to-date growth, discuss industry-related best practices, network with colleagues, strategize tactics for the year to come, and honor award winners. Of these winners were Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach’s Broker and Owner, Cherie Pattishall, GRI, CNE, CLHMS, CAM, e-Pro and Managing Broker, Michael Wyckoff, GRI, CRB, PPMC, CDPE, CNE, and Engel & Völkers St. Pete’s Owner and Managing Broker, Leisa Erickson and Advisor and Lead Recruiter, Matthew Erickson.

Another notable attendee and presenter was newly-hired Engel & Völkers Florida team member, Peter Giese. Giese will serve as Engel & Völkers Florida’s Chief Growth Officer to assist in amplifying growth for Engel & Völkers Florida shops.

When business concluded for the day, attendees were invited to a cocktail hour, followed by an awards ceremony and reception to honor the top-performing shops in Florida in 2018 based on various production categories as well as those who exemplified each of the three core values; Competence, Exclusivity and Passion, of the Engel & Völkers brand. Of the 10 brokerages who walked away with awards, two shops are based in the Tampa Bay area. Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach were awarded with the Highest Percentage Growth Commission Income Increase, and Engel & Völkers St. Pete was awarded the Core Values Passion award.
