Cincinnati PR Firm Awards Pro Bono Assistance to Non Profit Animal Rescue. Peppermint Pig Thrift & Gift Wins Eisen Management Group’s “Operation: Outreach 2008.”
After reviewing nearly 200 submissions for Operation: Outreach 2008, Eisen Management Group has today selected to award pro bono marketing and public relations assistance to the Peppermint Pig Thrift & Gift.
The Peppermint Pig Thrift & Gift is a volunteer operated secondhand clothing, furniture and housewares seller with all proceeds going to support Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary, a no-kill animal shelter. Currently all Safe Haven rescued animals reside in foster care until adopted. The organization is seeking donations to fund a brick and mortar facility in order to assist more of Cincinnati’s growing homeless pet population.
“We are truly thankful that EMG has taken the time to help us boost our community relations program,” Peppermint Pig manager Joyce Hutchinson said. “With their help, we will be able to provide a voice to homeless pets in need of a loving home.”
“It takes a lot of dedication to care for and volunteer on behalf of rescued pets,” EMG president Rodger Roeser said. “We are happy to make a meaningful contribution and help the Peppermint Pig and Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary make a positive impact on our community.”
Eisen Management Group has committed a total of $50,000 worth of public relations and marketing hours towards the seven Operation: Outreach 2008 winners.
