The Orange County Register teamed up with Bruen Productions (www.bruen.com) to add video and a virtual hostess that guides readers through the benefits of their subscriber rewards program, “Insider” (www.OCRinsider.com).

Members are now greeted by a virtual hostess that guides the readers through the benefits of the program. Adding video to this retention program will accomplish the goals of adding memberships & increasing usage of the Insider program.
