Vetrano Family Attorney Lydia Terrill Participated in Service Project in Honor of Martin Luther King, Jr
King of Prussia, PA, January 31, 2020 --(PR.com)-- On January 20, 2020, Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman family attorney Lydia Terrill participated in a service project in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The project, held at the Inter-Faith Housing Alliance in Ambler, Pennsylvania, was coordinated by the Young Lawyers Section and Community Service Director Jennifer Whitehurst, Esq. More than 20 volunteers donated their time to the project, including judges, attorneys and their friends and families. The service project involved, among other things, preparing bags for the U.S. Postal Service Stamp Out Hunger food drive.
In addition to completing the service project, volunteers attended an annual breakfast honoring Martin Luther King Jr. The event was put on by the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia, and included the presentation of the Justice Juanita Kidd Stout Woman of Distinction Award to local Judge, the Honorable Cheryl L. Austin.
The Inter-Faith Housing Alliance runs a food pantry, provides temporary shelter and life skills training, and also works with local congregations to provide emergency services to families facing homelessness.
The Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Section’s officers and members routinely organize and participate in service projects that benefit the local community. Ms. Terrill, as a divorce and family attorney at Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman LLC, has chosen to limit her practice entirely to family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support.
