Perspective Goes Big with New Marriott and Bar Louie on South Padre Island, Texas
South Padre Island, TX, January 31, 2020 --(PR.com)-- South Texas-based hotel group Perspective Hospitality has opened a 224-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and on-site Bar Louie. The hotel is conveniently located alongside the beach and will be ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
This Courtyard beachfront resort hotel boasts over 15,000 square feet of total meeting space, three food and beverage outlets, and guest suites as large as 750 square feet. Visitors can enjoy a large pool area, beautifully designed with a cascading rock water feature and “kiddie pool.” The hotel features the latest Courtyard by Marriott design elements, such as the updated Bistro cafe, lounge, and Market sundries shop, each located conveniently in the hotel’s lobby.
“We’re proud to be able to finally provide a lodging option on South Padre Island for Marriott Bonvoy’s over 100 million members,” says Hershal Patel. Marriott’s loyalty program, Bonvoy, has never had a lodging option on South Padre Island until the Courtyard hotel opened late December.
Perspective’s new Bar Louie location, which is located within the hotel is the franchise’s largest location and the only one located directly on a beach. Unique to this location is also a special beach-friendly selection of cocktails and food only available at Bar Louie’s beachfront deck bar of over 7,000 square feet. For an experience more consistent with Bar Louie’s 130 nation-wide location, guests can also enjoy the primary 5,500 square-foot bar space, adjacent to the hotel’s swimming pool.
