Los Angeles, CA, April 11, 2008 --(PR.com)-- MoFash, a non-profit group created by savvy and modest-minded women, aims to combat the tasteless trends that saturate the media. Classy women and girls want to prove that you can be both discreet and chic. On May 3rd, 2008 a high style and modest fashion show will take place in a park at 10740 Ohio Ave., LA, CA, 90024. Runway starts at 4pm, but arrive early--first 100 people get swag bags with goodies from Stila cosmetics, Eliza Magazine, Twisted Silver, and more. The best part--this event is Free.

Mother of two girls ages 10 and 15, Tamara-Carr Granstrom, says "I'm tired of my girls wearing revealing tops and low-cut jeans...it's not flattering anyway." However, this fashion show isn't only for young women. High-fashion models of all ages will be cat walking down the 56-foot runway showcasing the latest trends while upholding modest standards. MoFash strives to create a movement towards etiquette and self-respect when it comes to fashion. This year is the first MoFash show, but it's already creating considerable buzz: there surely will be more to come.
