Epworth Children & Family Services Appoints Four Board Members
Current member Sarah Baiocchi named nonprofit's board chair.
St. Louis, MO, February 29, 2020 --(PR.com)-- Epworth Children & Family Services, a nonprofit that helps children, youth, and families move toward self-sufficiency by focusing on health, housing, education, and employment, recently named Sarah Baiocchi as its board chair and added Stephen Hoven, Nalin Kulasekara, and Jennifer Morgan to its board. Board members are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.
Sarah Baiocchi, who is Regional Vice President of Operations & Finance – Products at Centene Corporation, will serve as board chair. Her duties include presiding over board meetings, collaborating with Epworth’s CEO to set priorities, and ensuring compliant governance of the organization. Baiocchi has more than 20 years of finance experience and also serves as a board member for Connections to Success.
Stephen Hoven retired from SSM Health, having served as System Vice President for Government Affairs and Public Policy for 20 years. He previously worked as the Vice President of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association. Hoven currently serves on the board of the Associated Industry of Missouri, as well as is a member of the Board of Governors for Missouri State University.
Nalin Kulasekara is the Vice President of Operations – Supply Chain for SSM Health. He has worked at SSM Health for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, and project leadership.
Jennifer Morgan is the Vice President of Finance and Treasury at EyeCare Partners. She has 20 years of experience in finance with a focus on accounting, forecasting, audit and project management.
