Singapore to Host the Celebrated Asian Publishing Convention and the Asian Publishing Awards

Singapore, Singapore, April 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Co presenting the conference are the Magazine Publishers Association of Singapore, Society of Publishers in Asia, National Book Development Council of Singapore and the Asian Media Information and Communication Centre. The second annual Asian Publishing Convention (APC) will be held on August 14 and 15 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. The theme - Emerging Business Models For Multi-Media Publishing: How Content Is Core to Making Profits in Print, Online and Mobile Media.

247 delegates from 16 countries attended last year’s inaugural launch in Malaysia. APC gathered 247 delegates from 16 countries and has been described as the event for the Publishing industry in Asia with 40 speakers from 11 countries.

APC brings publishing executives and professionals up to date with world trends in print, online and mobile media.
