Brighton Center Announces Return of Speaker Series
Newport, KY, April 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Speaker Series, a six week long, twice a week parent education program, begins on April 15 and runs through May 22. The classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Two Rivers Middle School from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The spring series is being sponsored by insurance professionals throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati under the Insuring the Children Grant, the Sobriety and Treatment Recovery Team, and the Northern Kentucky Regional Network.
Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m., followed by an hour-long meeting covering a topic spotlighting child abuse prevention and child safety. The first Speaker Series class takes place on Tuesday, April 15th, at 5:30 p.m. Dinner and child care will be provided to all families, and children will be treated to a program of their own, which includes games and prizes. Door prizes will be given away to adults at every meeting, and all parents are encouraged to join them for these fun and educational evenings.
