New Video Suggests Dr. Rupert Sheldrake Was Right About Telepathic Dogs
New video of a canine experiment conducted by DogsThatKnow.com suggests dogs and their owners form a telepathic link allowing dogs to know when their owner is coming home.
Del Mar, CA, April 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- A new, two-minute video summarizing the results of a highly successful trial aimed at testing whether animal ESP is a naturally occurring phenomena has been released by Skeptiko.com. The video compares the behavior of a dog while his owner is away from home versus when the owner is returning home. The video shows a dramatic change in the dog’s behavior when the owner is returning home.
According to Alex Tsakiris, Skeptiko.com founder, this shift in behavior can’t be explained by routine or cueing. Tsakiris also stressed the need for more trials before definitive conclusions can be reached.
Commenting on the preliminary results Sheldrake said:
“…I'm so pleased they have found a good situation for this research. I look forward to seeing what happens in the next series of trials.”

Alex Tsakiris is one of a group at www.DogsThatKnow.com replicating the research of Dr. Rupert Sheldrake. This research examines the telepathic link between dog and their owners. Despite scientific and anecdotal evidence, many scientists remain skeptical of these capabilities. Researchers hope to overcome this skepticism with their new findings.
