reactive 360 Launches quick360, a Free to Use 360 Degree Feedback Tool
reactive360 a major provider of 360 degree feedback software worldwide has launched the latest release, a completely free 360 feedback system for anyone to use; this complements their existing managed / self managed reactive comprehensive system.
New York, NY, July 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Launched in May 2007, Reactive360 is an on-line 360 degree feedback system that mirrors the company design philosophy of the fully managed process from icskills.com.
The first challenge for Reactive360 was to create and launch a process into the on-line market with bespoke capability in a simple framework, without the cost.
Using the learning captured from the delivery of 14 thousand feedback reports to Sainsbury's Supermarkets (icskills.com became and still are the preferred supplier) the company recognised that the functionality had to include:
• Branding the process with company logos.
• Custom building questionnaires.
• Custom editing of the report layout.
• Simple administration.
All at a low cost with an easy to use interface.
Since the launch reactive360 has sparked interest from across the globe, the most southerly user account is held by Coca Cola in New Zealand, the most northerly, Pratt and Whitney in Canada.
Feedback from the clients of Reactive360 suggested that although the level of flexibility suited the larger corporate clients, small volume users are looking for a process that is basic and quick. For Reactive360's second challenge, and as a technology test platform they have developed and launched quick360.
Designed with limited functionality and a unique selling point of being a Free to use 360 degree process.
