Top Executives Provide Straight Talk and Insight at NAFA's 2008 Institute & Expo

NAFA's presents "Straight Talk from Leasing Executives" and "Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)" panels at the 2008 Institute & Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 5, 2008.

Salt Lake City, UT, April 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On Monday, May 5th, NAFA Institute & Expo attendees get the rare opportunity to hear directly from leading fleet and vehicle management companies during the "Straight Talk from Leasing Executives" panel; and then executives from the major auto manufacturers will take part in the "Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)" panel.

NAFA is pleased to offer these two panel discussions during this year's Institute & Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah. More than 2,000 fleet professionals are expected to attend the fleet industry's largest event of the year, which is being held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Straight Talk from Leasing Executives, 9:30-11am on Monday, May 5, is an interactive up-close exchange among the executives from Donlen Corporation, Emkay, Inc., GE Capital Solutions, LeasePlan USA, PHH Arval, and Wheels, Inc.

These executives will speak candidly about how they see the industry evolving over the next five to ten years. Topics discussed will include:
• Operations and how they view changes and issues facing the industry across all key areas.
• Purchasing, funding and accounting, legislative changes, risk, driver and vehicle safety, new technologies and more.
• You will be provided the opportunity to get answers to your own questions and concerns.

The moderator will be Pamela Sederholm, Executive Director, American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), Alexandria, VA.

The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Panel will be offered from 11:15 am-12:30 pm. This is an interactive exchange among top executives from major auto manufacturers such as Audi, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, GM, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Subaru, Toyota, and Volvo. This panel discussion will focus on a number of fleet topics including:

• The latest developments in enhancing fuel economy, hybrid technology, and alternative-fuel options for fleets
• How next-generation telematics technology will be incorporated in future products and service offerings
• How new safety-related products now in development will enhance driver safety and minimize preventable accidents
