Packard Named Sonitrol Pacific Employee of the Quarter

Portland, OR, April 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Due to Dean Packard’s commitment to clients and team members, and his loyalty and dedication to Sound Security, Inc., the Board of Directors named him Sound Security's Employee of the Quarter for January-March 2008.

Dean is a prime example of the Sound Security Mission. He provides clients with exceptional technical assistance and customer service, and delivers equally excellent support to his team. Following a visit from Dean, clients frequently express a high level of satisfaction with him and the work he completed. His reputation with residential clients is one of particular patience and kindness.

Barbara Hamlin, Portland Director of Customer Service, often hears compliments from all types of clients about Dean’s great listening skills, competence, tenacious problem-solving, respect of clients’ property, and pleasant and friendly personality.

“I cannot think of a time when I have been on Dean’s heels after one of his appointments, or following up with a client after he has been out, that the client does not take the time to compliment him and his work, even relating the specifics of what impressed them most,” Barbara said.

Members of the Sound Security team echo clients’ compliments of Dean and he serves as a valuable resource for the team. He is a patient and thorough trainer, always willing to assist teammates. He makes himself available when an on-call technician needs help troubleshooting a challenge. Dean recognizes the need for installation technicians and service technicians to work together in order for clients to receive the highest level of security possible and works constructively with installers to address any challenges.
