Integra, Inc. Celebrates Its 200th DocuTrack Pharmacy Customer
Four years after installing the first DocuTrack system, Integra, Inc. celebrates its 200th DocuTrack customer. Customers include some of the nation’s largest pharmacy services providers including ChemRx. “Integra and DocuTrack were the clear choice for Chem Rx,” said Evan Selzer, Executive Vice President for Chem Rx.
Anacortes, WA, May 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- “Our goal at Integra, from the beginning, has been to provide innovative, functional healthcare products coupled with excellent customer service, at a reasonable price point,” said Kevin Welch, Integra CEO. “Through this philosophy we have rapidly expanded our customer base and have now reached 200 satisfied customers.”
Pharmacies using DocuTrack range in size from under 1,000 beds to over 50,000 beds. More than 5,000 end users currently utilize DocuTrack for their daily workflow and document management needs. DocuTrack also enables various multi-site pharmacy customers to provide hub and spoke business models and consolidate departments such as order entry, medical records and billing.
DocuTrack is used by some of the nation’s largest pharmacy service providers including Chem Rx. The third largest Long Term Care pharmacy in the United States, Chem Rx currently services all of New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Integra took them live with DocuTrack at the end of February 2008, initially training over 80 end users.
“Integra and DocuTrack were the clear choice for Chem Rx,” said Evan Selzer, Executive Vice President for Chem Rx. “A pharmacy of our scale needed a solution that provided user friendly design, minimal IT and maintenance concerns, as well as robust functionality. We were able to achieve these goals with DocuTrack while being trained and supported by Integra’s excellent client services team.”
“Winning the business of pharmacies of this scale demonstrates the continual growth and success of DocuTrack. With enterprise capabilities as well as proven support and implementation processes, Integra is well prepared and pleased to be the preferred workflow and document management system for industry leaders such as Chem Rx,” said Welch.
“Our staff is extremely pleased with DocuTrack, finding it easy to use and very efficient,” added Selzer. “We have already seen increased productivity and will eventually utilize DocuTrack to assist us in handling all of the facilities we currently service.”
“Pharmacies of all sizes are turning to DocuTrack in order to achieve automated workflow and document processing, or because the performance of their current document management system is not sufficient for their needs,” said Louie Foster, Director of Product Development at Integra. “Through seamless integration with all major pharmacy information systems and excellent product functionality, we are the pharmacy workflow solution of choice for most pharmacies today.”
