West Coast Self-Storage Highline Opens in Burien, Washington
Burien, WA, March 31, 2021 --(PR.com)-- West Coast Self-Storage today announced the opening of their newest storage facility in Burien, Washington. The business is named West Coast Self-Storage Highline and is located at 1625 SW 114th St near the corner of SW 114th St and 16th Ave SW.
The facility was designed by Stephen Bourne of Site + Plan + Mix LLC, Seattle, WA, and was developed by Salmon Creek Self-Storage LLC. The self-storage property features 1000 units totaling 103,870 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. There are 938 indoor units, which range in size from 5 x 5 to 10 x 30. A total of 28 units are drive-up and range from 10 x 15 to 10 x 30. The facility also has 34 uncovered RV storage spaces that range from 11 x 15 to 11 x 30.
West Coast Self-Storage Highline features a number of amenities including heated storage units for additional comfort and protection, 24-hour recorded video monitoring with digital cameras throughout the property, individually-alarmed units, computerized gate with personal pin-code access, touchless key-fob access, two covered loading/unloading areas, and a retail store offering moving boxes and packing materials. The business will also be offering U-Haul moving truck rental services as well. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday. Access hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
The storage facility was built by JPR Construction of Issaquah, WA, and is professionally managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group of Everett, Washington.
