Wolfe Industrial in Attendance at Airdusco Inc. Material Handling and Air System Design Technical Seminar in Nashville, TN
Franklin, TN, May 04, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On March 26, 2008, Airdusco Inc. presented their Material Handling and Air System Design Technical Seminar at the Willis Conference Center in Nashville, TN. Eleven Wolfe Industrial team members were in attendance for the eight hour seminar, which covered topics ranging from pneumatic conveying, dry material feeding, mixing and blending, dust collection, and explosion protection. The topics specifically addressed circumstances that Wolfe’s team members encounter on a daily basis. The increased knowledge of current technological changes will help all of the attendees design and install more productive equipment and systems.
Factory representatives from some of the leading industrial equipment suppliers introduced the “latest technical data” for material handling and air system designs. Representatives from Schenck AccuRate, Hayes & Stoltz, MAC Equipment, and BS&B Systems discussed in detail how manufacturers can improve production efficiencies in their industrial processes. Their presentations covered the advantages and disadvantages of equipment selection for various industries.
As one of Wolfe Industrial’s top team members, Langdon Altom, said “Attending this seminar was another example of Wolfe Industrial’s commitment to training. Having the knowledge of the latest technology is why we have the ability to offer the best products and services to our customers.”
Since 1952, Airdusco has been a major resource for engineering and the selection of equipment for dry bulk handling solutions and air handling systems. Working closely with manufacturing engineers to maximize plant productivity, Airdusco realized there was a need to provide the latest technological data available to guarantee the best equipment selection.
Airdusco presented their first Technical Seminar six years ago and it has grown both in terms of attendance and complexity over the years. President, Adam Lancaster, said “We try to keep material fresh and to maintain a balance of information that is interesting to both experienced engineers and those with less experience.” This seminar is presented in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Kentucky, and focuses on trying to educate anyone with the interest of growing their knowledge of bulk handling system design. With Airdusco planning a seminar once every six months, Wolfe Industrial team members, along with other seminar participants, can receive all the updated information they need to continue to improve productivity in manufacturing processes.
