UTRS Announces Acquisition of Professional Corrosion Service, LLC

Cherry Hill, NJ, May 07, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) today announced the acquisition of all the assets of Professional Corrosion Service, LLC. UTRS’s President, Albert Zalcmann, made the announcement.

On May 2, 2008, UTRS consummated a transaction with PCS to purchase all the assets of PCS and has retained its entire staff.
