International Beauty Expert Joins Samuel Cole Salon
Raleigh, NC, May 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Internationally renowned hair colorist and beauty expert Yvette Cannas has joined the award-winning team of stylists at Samuel Cole Salon in North Raleigh. Trained at the Vidal Sasoon Academy in London, Cannas has won numerous awards for her work, including the prestigious Hair Colorist of the Year award presented by Canadian Hairdresser Magazine.
Cannas brings 18 years of experience and expertise in corrective color, make-up artistry and “glamour” styling to Samuel Cole. Her list of clients includes the Princess of Saudi Arabia and television personality Gayle King, and her work has been featured extensively in Salon Magazine and other international publications.
According to Cannas, who has worked in Italy, Paris, London, Toronto, Greenwich (Connecticut), and New York, the level of professionalism at Samuel Cole Salon is unmatched anywhere in the world.
“There’s not a salon anywhere else with a better work ethic or that is more interested in their clients,” Cannas said. “We take classes once a month to continue becoming a master at our craft. I specialize in designing a customized makeup prescription for each of my clients. I love to use my expertise to help women feel beautiful by giving them the knowledge they need to achieve amazing results every day.”
With a self-proclaimed love for challenges, Cannas says her favorite part of her job is making people happy and helping women look as “young, believable and natural as possible.” Although she’s only been in Raleigh for a month, Cannas is ready to make the city her home and Samuel Cole Salon owners Jack and Joelle Ray could not be happier.
“Jack (co-owner and master stylist) always recommends that his clients try Yvette if for some reason they can’t schedule an appointment with him,” said Joelle. “She loves a challenge and she loves to work with clients who want extensive expertise.”
