ePayment Consultants Names New President

Louisville, KY, May 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- ePayment Consultants (ePC) announced today that Jody Nicholas has been appointed President of North America Sales, effective May 1, 2008. Nicholas fills this post following a distinguished two year run as Senior Vice President at ePC.

As President of ePayment Consultants Inc., Nicholas will have responsibility for all of the company's income-generating businesses. He will oversee the management of ePC’s relationships with key stakeholders, including card issuers, merchants, merchant acquirers and third-party processors. In addition, Nicholas will have global responsibility for ePayment Consultants' marketing organization, including managing the ePC brand. All ePayment Consultants regional client services organizations will report to Nicholas, as will the company's Marketing Director. He will be based in Louisville, Kentucky and report directly to ePayment Consultants Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Paul Nee.

Nicholas, 48, joined ePC in 2005, after 15 years in various merchant services organizations most recently holding senior sales positions with NPC (National Processing Company). Currently residing in the Louisville area, Jody Nicholas will be transitioning into his role with no disruption to his wife, and middle school-aged son.
