All American Corporation’s 10th Anniversary Marked by Service Excellence Award
All American Corporation was awarded the inaugural Moving and Storage Agent of the Year Service Excellence Award during the American Moving and Storage Association’s 2008 Education Conference & Expo in Orlando, Fla.
Raleigh, NC, May 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- All American Corporation, a Raleigh-based Mayflower Transit agent and provider of commercial and residential relocation services in North Carolina, has been awarded the inaugural Moving and Storage Agent of the Year Service Excellence Award. The company was honored by the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) during the Association’s 2008 Education Conference & Expo in Orlando, Fla.
“The dedication of our employees has been essential to the company’s sustained growth,” said Brett Plummer, co-owner and CEO of All American Corporation. “This award recognizes our ‘Whatever It Takes’ attitude to exceed our customers’ expectations, and every employee at All American is committed to upholding this standard.”
The award came as All American Corporation celebrated its 10th anniversary. The company has enjoyed sustained growth during this period in part due to North Carolina being one of the 10 most active states for relocating, as nearly 40 million Americans have changed residence according to a 2005 Bureau of the Census annual report.
Judging for the AMSA award was based on customer service assessments, industry recognition, leadership, innovation, as well as community involvement.
All American Corporation has a long history of winning awards including the Mayflower Transit Customer Choice Award and IMPACT Claims Prevention Award in 2006 and 2007, and the 2006 Mayflower Transit President’s Quality Award. In addition, co-owner and CFO John Potts was named the 2001 Mover of the Year by the North Carolina Mover’s Association.
