Surface Consulting, Inc. Creates Exterior Finish at Orlando Street of Dreams

Naples, FL, May 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Christopher O’Guin, president of Surface Consulting, Inc., is proud to announce the completion of an exterior finish project for the 8th Orlando Street of Dreams. Surface Consulting is a Naples-based business that develops and creates specialty decorative finishes for residential and commercial exterior building surfaces. O’Guin and his skilled team of trained artisans create and oversee the installation of authentic-looking old world exteriors on new construction and remodels.

The creation and installation of the custom exterior limestone plaster finish of the Chica Magarita model home, which is one of the featured homes in the 8th Orlando Street of Dreams, was a collaboration between Mr. Foamy of Central Florida and Surface Consulting.

Surface Consulting provided concept development and aesthetic oversight to the project. O’Guin’s team traveled to Orlando on a regular basis while the home was under construction to oversee installation and completion of the aged Mediterranean exterior finish.

Each of the interior design firms that were selected to participate in this prestigious event were pre-qualified by the organizers, to ensure that they had the necessary experience to furnish, decorate, or accessorize a show home.

Located at the Lake Club-Longwood in Lake Mary, Florida, the 8th Orlando Street of Dreams showcases three luxurious homes, ranging in size from 10,000 to 17,000 square feet, and priced up to $9.25 million. Over 40,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, which runs from May 10 through June 22, and is open each day of the week except Mondays and Tuesdays.
