Cyber Institute Partners with the Blekinge Institute of Sweden and the National University of Ukraine to Educate the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Professionals
Denver, CO, July 17, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Cyber Institute has entered into an official partnership through the European Union (EU) TEMPEST Project on the ENGENSEC (Educating the Next Generation Experts in Cyber Security). One of the nonprofit's programs is policy and curriculum development, starting with helping host an IT Summer School held in Lviv, Ukraine. Dr. Anders Carlsson of the Blekinge Institute says he, “values the perspectives of his U.S. Partner as they bring not only diversity perspective but also the opportunity for continued collaboration through them towards wider international recognition and involvement. The Cyber Institute brings the experience and knowledge from these activities back to the U.S. intending to implement and enhance the US national cyber policy and workforce development. Taylor Vance states that the need to remain innovative is vital to any organization in the cybersecurity industry. Cyber Institute aims to increase its level of international participation in Eastern Europe with NATO’s CCDOE and in South America with US Southern Command in 2019. “We will always go where the need for our services is the greatest because that is what our nonprofit was created
to do,” says Andrew Vance.
