Healthcare Scouts Honored as 2008 Best Place to Work Finalist

Orlando, FL, May 18, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Healthcare Scouts was honored as a finalist for the Orlando Business Journals 2008 Best Places to Work Award. This year, Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work competition received 211 nominations, up from 149 last year. And 7,373 of those companies’ employees participated in an employee satisfaction survey.

The survey contained 38 questions covering a range of topics such as manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and feeling valued as a worker. Employees answered the surveys anonymously online and were allowed to write comments, good or bad, about their firm.

“I love my job and how it positively impacts the lives of the people each day. Finding people their dream job is a great feeling.” Another comment read, “Healthcare Scouts is a great place to work. They are committed to not only their employees but to the healthcare industry as a whole.” Another employee stated, “Healthcare Scouts provides an environment for me to grow professionally as an individual…there is a great balance of independence and teamwork.”
