Street Flips is Flipping the Streets

New York, NY, May 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Street Flips (www.streetflips.com) is an arts & entertainment organization dedicated to promoting flipping/tricking above the influence of recreational drug-use and does live performances in addition to shooting a reality web show online to raise money and inspire kids to get out of the house, be active, stay away from drugs, and flip.

Additionally, Street Flips will be officially launching a clothing line of fashion in early June and many of the proceeds will be used by us to feed, cloth, empower, and provide homes for homeless people living in New York City. And they won't be just donating to a non-profit. They will be doing it all themselves, going to ground-level, and giving the money and encouraging homeless individuals face-to-face, instead of blindly throwing money into a bucket or envelope.

Michael Deshazer, the President of Street Flips, says, "Personally, I rarely see all the money that is donated annually ever actually appear in the hands of the homeless, so we are taking out the action so we can make sure results are accomplished."
