Loredana Marciano is the sales manager at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service which provides retail services to the U.S. Department of Defense internationally. She is also responsible for overseeing all staff and customer service. Her ability to identify areas of improvement is something she's always been good at and she has received numerous awards and accolades for her service.

Born August 18, 1972 in Padua, Italy, Loredana finish high school and attended some college. She is FMP Certified.

Ms. Marciano began her career in Italy working for Zanchetta clothing retail store before working at Caron Food industry. She then moved to the United States. Loredana married the late Billy Joe and has two children, Jessie and Mariacristina. In her spare time, she watches reality movies and is also an avid Betty Boop collector. She enjoys going to the beach, when time allows.
