The suspect is believed to be driving a silver Dodge Intrepid unknown with license plate from the state of OH (status is active).

The child's name is Mary June Vibbert (status is missing) age 2 yrs old. A white female height 3 feet 0 inches weighing 34 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. The child was last seen 117 E Lynn St, St Paris, Ohio.
