Richard Kammann Joins ARCADIS as Client Development Manager

Located in ARCADIS’ Columbia, MD office, Mr. Kammann will serve as Client Development Manager (CDM) in support of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic PM/CM operations.

Mr. Kammann brings more than 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry to the ARCADIS organization and has been involved in securing PM/CM contracts in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast U.S. for the past 30 years. Located in ARCADIS’ Columbia, MD office, Mr. Kammann will serve as Client Development Manager (CDM) in support of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic PM/CM operations.
As CDM, Mr. Kammann is tasked with growing ARCADIS’ PM/CM practice on the East Coast. He will draw upon his extensive background in all phases of the building process – planning, design, and construction – to help ARCADIS further develop its PM/CM business in the water/wastewater, K-12 and higher education, office and commercial, corporate, corrections, and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Kammann is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in business. Prior to his career in sales and marketing, Mr. Kammann served as a Reactor Project Engineer and Project Manager, and as an officer in the Navy Nuclear Submarine Service.
