Sarasota, FL, June 17, 2022 --(PR.com)-- With P&L leadership responsibility North American operations, Dale will lead all aspects of the business while developing and shaping strategy to drive profitable growth. Further development of the leadership team, expanding channel opportunities, driving new product introduction, and establishing onshore manufacturing are among the initiatives he will be tasked with.
Dale has an extensive background in HVAC leadership and management, including work with LG Electronics, Mitsubishi Electric, and Barksdale Control Products. He most recently held the position of Director of Water Heating Division with Rheem Manufacturing. Dale received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Southern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
