MBM Software announces the implementation of its Reliable Remote solution at ISPE (The Institute for Studies and Power Engineering), national leader in Romania in power commerce.

Reliable Remote is a client-server software solution that allows remote connection and taking control over the commands (keyboard, mouse, display) of a workstation or a server in a network for quickly solving problems.
The server component is installed on the computer that is going to be monitored and can run either as an application (the user of the monitored PC can stop the monitoring) or as a service (the person that ensures the monitoring can make login/logout user operations while the user with restricted rights over the computer cannot stop the process).
The client component is installed on the monitoring computer and is made up of two supervising modes: operation tracking and full access over the monitored computer.
