Samuel R. Means is owner, founder, and CEO of Kim's On Deck Cleaning, a full-service cleaning service serving the Olympia, Washington area. He is responsible for the operations and management of the business, including overall growth of the company and all business decisions. He oversees cleaning crews for residences, commercial offices, and banks as well as providing estimates, ensuring staff safety and acting as a liaison with payroll. Means is also responsible advertising, marketing and overseeing the hiring process, finances and inventory.

Previously, Means served at the Peace Lutheran Church Community Center as an educational volunteer for high school youth.
